Executive Information Search produces actionable profiles of influential people. These profiles assist in your sales processes, providing targeted information that helps quickly establish contact and rapport.
Updating Profiles:
We organize publicly available information. We don’t edit profiles, but will remove profiles upon request. To remove your profile, email us at verify-profile@execinfosearch.com.
Customer Service:
Customer service responds to emails between 7:00 AM and 2:00 PM EST. Member services online chat is available 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM EST (M-F).
Data Team:
The data team processes the majority of requests within one week. Allow two weeks to process a refresh request. Requests for new profiles take less than one week to process for level 1 information. Our facility in Dallas, TX and Trenton, NJ handle new profile requests.
Member Services Status:
Member database search is active in the member center. Data is 14 days behind the effective date, due to reseller embargo agreements.
Record Counts:
Over 75,000 profiles online, with more available every day. Thanks for the aiding the process! XML databases are updated weekly. Real-time updates are available to customers using our API.
