Updating Profiles:
We organize publicly available information. We don’t edit profiles, but will remove profiles upon request. To remove your profile, email us at [email protected].
Customer Service:
Customer service responds to emails between 8:00 AM and 3:00 PM EST. Member services online chat is available 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM EST (M-F).
Data Team:
The data team is less than one week behind, processing the vast majority of requests within one week. Refresh requests currently take one week to process. Requests for new profiles take one week to process. Dallas and Trenton handle new profile requests.
Member Services Status:
Member database search is active in the member center. Data is 14 days behind, due to reseller embargo agreements.
Record Counts:
Over 8,500 profiles online, with more added weekly. Thanks for the submissions that improve the process! XML databases are now provided every Tuesday. Since going to weekly data distribution, we no longer provide interim updates.
